About Emanuel Orlando

Emanuel Orlando cultivated his legal skills at the New York blue chip law firm of Kaye Scholer, LLP. On the corporate side, Emanuel handled deals for private equity funds in mergers and acquisitions and day-to-day corporate matters. On the startup scene, Emanuel has successfully represented new media and tech companies all along their evolutionary path — from start-up, through rapid company growth, to a successful exit.

Advisors

Roger Loomis
General Corporate and M&A Advisor

Roger Loomis specializes in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. He honed his skills in a large law firm environment, working on public offerings, including IPOs in the U.S. and abroad, mergers and acquisitions, dispositions, strategic alliances, corporate joint ventures and related complex corporate transactions. He then went in-house as general counsel, and spearheaded what was, at $300 million, the second largest biotech IPO at that time. In addition to earning an LL.M. in taxation and an M.B.A., he gained hands-on business experience by establishing his own start-up in the document management business.

Greg Keever
Startup and Corporate Financing

Gregory Keever has extensive international legal and venture capital experience in a variety of transactional, dispute resolution and litigation matters. His expertise includes strategic planning, asset management and finance through public or private capital markets and commercial lenders. As a first rate transactional lawyer, Mr. Keever advises businesses on how to work within foreign business environments and with governments in managed economies, disparate legal, tax and litigation regimes and corporate governance structures. Mr. Keever acts as a general counsel for private clients, mostly foreign businesses, family offices and government entities. Previously, Mr. Keever was president of a well-established family office that invested in infrastructure projects in various countries.
